At Knock Knot, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery

Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling

  • Used or worn hair accessories

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Gift boxes, as they are curated specially keeping you in mind.


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Take an unpacking video.

  1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving your order

  2. Share your order ID and images/ video of the product

  3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process


4. Refunds

Once the returned product is inspected and approved:

  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

  • Refund will be credited within  5–7 working days, after we receive the product, depending on your bank or payment provider


5. Replacement Option

We do not give a replacement option, as we have limited pieces of our products. We only offer returns & refunds.


6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation of details.


7. Return Shipping

Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during the return process.


8. Policy Updates

Knock Knot reserves the right to update this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page.
