Refunds Policy
At Knock Knot, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please review our refunds policy below.
1. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
Damaged or defective product received
Incorrect product delivered
Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
2. Refund Process
Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:
The refund will be initiated to the original payment method
For COD orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer
Refund will be credited within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
Change of mind after delivery
Products damaged due to misuse
Used or worn hair accessories
Orders canceled after shipment
4. Cancellation Refunds
If an order is canceled before shipment, a full refund will be issued as per our Cancellation Policy.
5. Delayed Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the stated timeframe, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact our support team with your order details.
6. Policy Updates
