Cancellation Policy
At Knock Knot, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers may request order cancellation before the order is shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team immediately with your order ID.
2. Cancellation After Shipping
Orders that have already been shipped are not eligible for cancellation. In such cases, customers may refer to our Return & Refund Policy, if applicable.
3. Refund for Canceled Orders
If your order is successfully canceled before shipment:
A full refund will be initiated
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method
Refund processing time may take 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
COD orders can be canceled before shipment only. Refusal of delivery without prior cancellation may result in future COD restrictions.
5. Cancellation by Knock Knot
Knock Knot reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity
In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment has already been made.
