1. Refund Eligibility<\/h3>

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:<\/p>

  • Damaged or defective product received<\/p><\/li>

  • Incorrect product delivered<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong> with supporting images.<\/p>

    2. Refund Process<\/h3>

    Once your return request is approved and the product is received and inspected:<\/p>

    • The refund will be initiated to the original payment method<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • For COD orders<\/strong>, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

    • Refund will be credited within 5\u20137 working days<\/strong>, depending on your bank or payment provider<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Non-Refundable Cases<\/h3>

      Refunds will not<\/strong> be issued for:<\/p>

      • Change of mind after delivery<\/p><\/li>

      • Products damaged due to misuse<\/p><\/li>

      • Used or worn hair accessories<\/p><\/li>

      • Orders canceled after shipment<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
