At Knock Knot<\/strong>, we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.<\/p>

1. Eligibility for Returns<\/h3>

Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:<\/p>

  • You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery<\/strong><\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging<\/strong> to be eligible for return.<\/p>

    2. Non-Returnable Items<\/h3>

    The following items are not eligible for return<\/strong>:<\/p>

    • Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling<\/p><\/li>

    • Used or worn hair accessories<\/p><\/li>

    • Items returned without original packaging<\/p><\/li>

    • Gift boxes, as they are curated specially keeping you in mind.<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

      3. Return Process<\/h3>

      To initiate a return:<\/p>

      1. Take an unpacking video.<\/p>

      1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours<\/strong> of receiving your order<\/p><\/li>

      2. Share your order ID<\/strong> and images\/ video of the product<\/p><\/li>

      3. Our team will review and guide you through the return process<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

        4. Refunds<\/h3>

        Once the returned product is inspected and approved:<\/p>

        • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method<\/strong><\/p><\/li>

        • Refund will be credited within\u00a0 5\u20137 working days<\/strong>, after we receive the product, depending on your bank or payment provider<\/p><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Replacement Option<\/h3>

          We do not give a replacement option, as we have limited pieces of our products. We only offer returns & refunds.<\/p>

          6. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders<\/h3>

          For COD orders, refunds (if approved) will be processed via bank transfer or UPI<\/strong> after confirmation of details.<\/p>

          7. Return Shipping<\/h3>

          Return shipping costs (if applicable) will be communicated during the return process.<\/p>
